The Co-Curricular and Business Development Officer is responsible for the strategic development, management, and execution of the school’s enrichment programs, including extracurricular activities, holiday camps, and other ancillary educational offerings. The role focuses on enhancing the school’s overall programme, providing valuable experiences for students, and generating and monitoring ancillary income streams for the school through effective budget management and programme promotion.
In partnership with the ISP Business Development Consultant, the officer will develop a strategic plan for enrichment programmes that aligns with the school’s mission and goals, focusing on student development and income generation. Responsibilities include overseeing planning, coordination, execution, budgeting, market analysis, partnership development, and marketing to maximise enrolment and revenue.
