Location: Bensonhurst or Manhattan Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The OPWDD* Enrichment Program Provider assists in a camp-like experience for children and adults ages 9 and up who have challenges related to their developmental disability. The programs will include an afterschool program that is run two days a week and an alternating weekend program that is on both Saturday and Sundays. We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic staff members who can support ongoing activities while keeping the participants engaged and excited about the program. Facilitate participant engagement during activities, ensuring that each participant engages for a minimum of 15 minutes during each scheduled session. Staff assigned to transportation must arrive at pickup locations at least 15 minutes before departure, while non-transportation staff are expected to report to the work site on time to prepare for program activities.
