• Teaching & Instruction: Teach English subject content for Grades 5-6 focusing on reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and speaking/l listening skills. Plan and deliver engaging student‑centered lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Use diverse instructional strategies to support mixed‑ability learners including ELLs. Integrate technology such as Smartboard, LMS, and digital reading tools to enhance learning.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured, and respectful learning environment. Implement age‑appropriate behavior management strategies. Establish classroom routines, expectations, and procedures that promote student responsibility and independence.
