We are looking for an outstanding English Teacher to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Silicon Oasis, starting August 2026.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a BEd or bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Have proven experience teaching English to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
• Have a willingness to collaborate and share best practice.
• Have a growth mindset; reflective and solution‑focused.
• Be creative and enthusiastic in teaching approach.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents.
• Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching.
• Have aspiration to work in a world‑class school with potential for career advancement.
• Be willing to contribute positively to the school community through engagement in extra‑curricular programmes and community events.
