Job Overview We are looking for an outstanding English Teacher to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Silicon Oasis, starting August 2026.
Qualifications and Experience - Hold a BEd or bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
- Have proven experience teaching English to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
- Have a willingness to collaborate and share best practice.
- Have a growth mindset; reflective and solution‑focused.
- Be creative and enthusiastic in teaching approach.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents.
- Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching.
- Have aspiration to work in a world‑class school with potential for career advancement.
- Be willing to contribute positively to the school community through engagement in extra‑curricular programmes and community events.
