Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in English
- Assist with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and issue resolution
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback
