**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Engine/Rigging Specialist performs rigging and maintenance on a variety of boats. This position will work directly with internal and external personnel, including fishing pros, management, engineers, etc. May assist with functions such as dealer conventions, media events, and assist with keeping track of inventory, and ship and receive our boats, motors and other components.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Install motors, electronics and various other components on all of our boat models.
+ Test and troubleshoot all types of issues that might come up on boats.
+ Tow, launch, and drive boats when required.
+ Operate a forklift for loading and unloading boats, motors, etc.
+ Operate a tractor for moving boats.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

**_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**

+ Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Previous rigging/installation experience preferred
