The Engineering Technician plays a vital role in supporting assigned value streams by providing hands-on manufacturing engineering support. This position is focused on maintaining process capability, responding to daily production needs, and assisting in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. The technician acts as a crucial link between engineering intent and shop-floor execution, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

+ Execute hands-on assembly, build, test, repair, and data collection activities to support manufacturing engineering changes, validations, and daily production stability.

+ Assemble prototypes, fixtures, tooling, and test setups per approved prints and work instructions.
