Position Overview
**Job Summary:**
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the trusted technology advisor and single point of contact for one or more key lines of business within the Technology & Operations. This role ensures that the IT strategy, digital initiatives, and technology solutions directly support the CIO/business unit's objectives, compliance requirements, and operational goals. The TAM partners with CIO and multiple Engineering department stakeholders to align technical capabilities to business strategies, facilitate solution delivery, and drive value realization across products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the primary technology liaison between different Engineering pillars and assigned line(s) of business (e.g., Retail Banking, Commercial Lending, Wealth Management, Capital Markets).
