Position Overview
Remote is a fully remote company helping global organizations navigate employment compliance. The company is looking for a Team Leader to manage a small product engineering team and lead the team through design, development, and delivery of autonomous agent‑based solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage a product team of 3–5 engineers (backend and frontend). Spend ~30% of time on management work, while actively participating in product development. Engage in hiring and onboarding of new engineers. Serve as the spokesperson, managing team dynamics and fostering growth. Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and career guidance. Redesign engineering workflows to use autonomous agents as the default execution layer. Propose and operationalize agent‑based end‑to‑end workflows (spec → plan → execute → verify).
