Job Description
Diagnose and troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to network and security products in compliance with SLA.Coordinate with vendors, outsource teams, and customers to resolve technical problems.Manage and support outsourcing teams for onsite services and provide remote access support.Plan, coordinate, and execute software upgrades.Implement configuration changes (add, remove, or modify) as required.Collaborate with 1st Tier Engineers to collect case details and provide guidance.Escalate and update cases to management in a timely and professional manner.Prepare case-related documentation, including incident reports and change request action plans.Qualifications
