As an Engineering Specialist for our new Flexible FM service offering, you will be a hands-on technical expert who works directly with account teams and clients on-sites to deliver engineering services through our variable resourcing model. This is a 'boots on the ground' role where you'll be deployed across multiple client locations, providing technical support, executing maintenance programs, and ensuring operational excellence at the site level.
You'll be part of our centralized Front of House engineering team, working flexibly across different client accounts based on demand and technical requirements. Your day-to-day work involves direct engineering execution, troubleshooting, system assessments, and providing technical expertise to support account teams in delivering exceptional facility management services.
