• The Production Engineer Manager is part of the local plant management team. His department supports the production and maintenance colleagues to find solutions to problems that arise and to improve the current production and side processes.
• A daily focus is set on the energy consumption of the plant and the follow up of possible deviations.
• The Production Engineer Manager will largely focus on the long term (CAPEX) projects and investments. These strategic investments are always chosen and coordinated with the HQ Engineering team.
• The Production Engineer Manager is responsible for the requirements and follow up of the ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) in the plant procedures.
