Position Overview
The Engineering Project Documentation Lead is responsible for managing and co-ordinating drawing-related projects for designated stakeholders, ensuring compliance with customer standards. A key focus of this role is maintaining robust document control while collaborating with colleagues, team leaders, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves both office-based and on-site responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with clients to report on project progress and escalate any issues that may impact deliverables. These concerns should be addressed with stakeholders and discussed with the appropriate project managers and or line manger.Ensure consistent document control across internal systems and servers, maintaining accurate project logs and reports.
