Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the engineering department and ensure a safe efficient and well‑maintained hotel. The salary range for this position is $77,000-$83,000 annually. Participate in and oversee general repairs and preventative maintenance of the guest bedrooms and front and back of house areas with the involvement of the maintenance mechanics are required. Also to undertake any duties required outside the hotel building, in the hotel grounds, as required, to ensure that all areas of the property are maintained to the required standard.
