We are looking for a motivated
Service Manager
to support the installation, setup,and servicing of equipment for our customers. You will meet and interact withcustomers on a daily basis, providing technical analysis and interpreting testresults to resolve equipment and system-related issues. The role requires troubleshooting skills,hands-on technical work, and the ability to deliver high-quality servicesupport to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities & Duties Provide on-site service and technical support for new and existing customers, including equipment installation, servicing, maintenance, and upgrades. Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, analyse test results, and recommend appropriate solutions.
