US Citizenship Required The candidate will be responsible for electrical hardware management of one or more products in the multi-channel radio portfolio as well as the engineers who support them. As a lead member of the multi-channel radio management team, the candidate will have hands on responsibility for leading the engineering team in many aspects of electrical design, integration, testing, operations, and customer support. Essential Functions: 
People management responsibility for 7 or more electrical engineers and interns
Electrical rough order of magnitude (ROM) and basis of estimate (BOE) creation
Laison to the Chief Engineering (CE) for respective products
Resource and planning management responsibility
Financial reporting and responsibility for respective project budgets
