Would you like to work for a growing local business, that has the job security of being part of a multi-billion-pound global manufacturer. Due to a recent promotion at group level, they are looking for a new Engineering Manager to lead the team!

As Engineering Manager your key role & responsibilities will be:

Part of the senior leadership team, managing a team of 12 in engineering
Manage all manufacturing & engineering maintenance across site
Lead from the front, be present on the shopfloor and in leadership meetings
Manage health & safety, engineering compliance, asset care plans, monitor & develop OEE
Budget control, CAPEX projects, continuous improvement activities
