The Role:
ARB’s fabricated products portfolio is at the core of our manufacturing capability, encompassing industry-leading vehicle protection, structural systems, and storage solutions engineered and produced in-house. This includes bull bars, side steps, rear protection systems, roof racks, canopies, and cargo solutions, each designed for seamless vehicle integration and performance in demanding off-road environments.

As Engineering Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the end-to-end engineering of these products, from concept and CAD design through to prototyping, validation, and production readiness. Working closely with manufacturing, product management and supply chain, you will drive design for manufacturability, continuous improvement, and innovation across a portfolio built on cutting, bending, welding and advanced fabrication processes.
