Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead engineering teams through 1:1s, performance calibrations, career development, and hiring.
- Drive execution by owning sprint planning, roadmap delivery, and managing scope and quality tradeoffs.
- Maintain technical depth to review designs, challenge architectural decisions, and surface risks.
- Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and communicate tradeoffs to PMs and leadership.
- Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to shape team strategy and roadmap prioritization.
Requirements - 2–5+ years of engineering management experience with direct ownership of performance and hiring.
- Experience managing teams of 4–10 engineers in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Technical depth in your team's domain to earn credibility with senior engineers.
