We own the entire release and build setup and processes at Helpshift. As the Developer Productivity team, our mission is to improve the efficiency, speed, and happiness of the entire engineering organization. We are responsible for everything from build and testing automation to the packaging and release of the final product. We identify bottlenecks across the SDLC, remove friction points, expand our deployment automation, and manage the infrastructure that supports our dev/test environments. Working with Jenkins, Containerization, Custom Tooling (in Clojure, Python), and Ansible workflows, we influence the solution and business strategy necessary to transform how Helpshift builds software.
