We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our NAM Experiences team. The NAM Experiences team is responsible for the portal into WEX’s self service applications. These applications power essential features, from digital spend controls to real-time transaction insights.

This role requires a strong background in front-end development, with exposure to the full stack. As the leader of an engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, performant web applications that integrate with our backend services to deliver seamless and enhanced customer experiences. Our platforms are crucial for our customers, enabling them to manage their fleet costs an easy and efficient manner. A primary focus of this role is building robust, reusable and responsive user interfaces that empower fleet managers to configure controls, view reports, and streamline their daily operations.
