**Job Duties:** Leverage automotive engineering knowledge while working closely with customer representatives and insure that major customer complaints are resolved. Determine root cause of failure from customer transmission returns and lead the quality and problem-solving activities to eliminate impact of non-conforming product in accordance with customer’s specified process.
