Main Scope

Responsible for the maintenance operation and repair of all electrical mechanical and ELV systems within the hotel. Ensures optimal performance of life safety systems BMS/GRMS and full compliance with hotel standards and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Operations

• Supervise daily engineering shift operations
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain logs, reports, inventories and technical documentation
• Inspect completed works for safety and compliance
• Estimate materials, manpower and project requirements
• Ensure adherence to emergency procedures and safety protocols

ELV & Life Safety Systems

• Oversee Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CBS, UPS, BMS and GRMS systems
• Conduct regular inspections, fire pump testing and system checks
