Responsibilities
- You must be able to prioritize, organize and be self‑efficient.
- Able to perform under pressure.
- Telephone etiquette and guest/supplier/staff liaison.
- Manage an efficient engineering helpdesk.
- Manage the engineering department calendar and roster to provision for work/inspections or projects.
- Effectively communicate to stakeholders on job cards & projects. Transcendent, Alice & Opera are amongst the tools to be used.
- Maintenance controls in line with budgets, relating to revenue, cost ratio and expenses.
