As the Engineering Change Analyst based in Pascagoula, MS, you will provide cost and price analysis support to government programs, with emphasis on proposal evaluation, independent cost estimates, and negotiation support for contract actions.

Serco helps the program office analyze engineering change impacts in terms of cost and schedule and provide recommendations for hull efficacy and contract tie-ins.

**In this role, you will:**
