• Position: Engineering & BOM Manager (Manufacturing/Electronics/Semicon)
• Location: North East – Tai Seng Drive
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
• Salary: Up to $7,500 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Key Responsibilities (Engineering-led; ~70%)

• Lead and coach engineering team; conduct performance reviews
• Own BOM & materials governance: BOM accuracy, structure, alternates, obsolescence risk
• Drive ECO/EOL change control and ensure smooth implementation with stakeholders
• Maintain engineering documentation (drawings/models/NPI/SOP/WI) and audit readiness
• Partner with Production/QA/Supply Chain to resolve issues, drive RCA/CAR, improve yield & efficiency
