Responsibilities Support production staff with machine and process troubleshooting. Guide team members to maintain output and product quality. Check material changes to ensure accuracy. Assist engineers with production control charts and checklists. Prepare production reports and ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor and improve test results from production. Perform basic maintenance and repair of machinery. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. No prior work experience required. Must have basic knowledge of team operations and computer skills (Excel, Word). Experience working in clean room environments will be a plus.
