Position Overview
Primarily responsible for driving effective Corrective Action plan for Quality Department
+ Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction
+ Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers
+ Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining
+ Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues
+ SPC trend, analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to supervisor/ management as necessary
+ Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports
+ Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
+ Support Quality Improvement projects
+ Support PPAP submission
+ Support Q-Plan development and planning
+ Support Internal and External audit (ISO/IATF 16949, customer audit)
