Engineering Assistant Manager – Mechanical (Machining)

This role leads a team of engineers, driving performance and technical excellence. It offers exposure to Tonasco’s advanced high-precision machining and smart manufacturing systems aligned with international standards. You will also play a key role in advancing our SMART Factory initiatives, developing efficient, high-quality machining solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Smart Costing & Competitive Pricing

• Lead the costing function to deliver accurate, competitive estimates based on optimal machining strategies
• Review and challenge quotations to unlock cost efficiencies and margin improvements
• Partner with Sales and Finance to shape winning pricing strategies

2. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Own the industrialization and successful launch of new products in a SMART Factory environment
