**About the Team:** Join a dynamic and hands-on engineering team at ZF Axle Drives in Marysville, MI. The team currently includes eight Manufacturing Engineers within the Gear Department. This group plays a critical role in supporting production through tooling procurement, process capability studies, gage calibration, and direct collaboration with vendors and maintenance. With 80% of their time spent on the shop floor, the team thrives on solving real-time challenges and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
