Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Chairman with daily coordination and administrative matters. Follow up and monitor the progress of mall engineering and renovation projects. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project updates, reports, meeting minutes, and related documentation. Track project timelines and assist in resolving coordination issues. Ensure project progress is aligned with management requirements and deadlines.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess an engineering background or relevant working experience. Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and follow up closely on project progress. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in mall, retail, or renovation projects will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
