To provide administrative support for the Engineering Department in ensuring accurate documentation, timely data entry, and compliance with standard operating procedures to facilitate smooth project execution and activities.
The Engineering Admin is accountable for delivering projects tracking and update to support the plant’s Compelling Business Need (CBN) targets, including zero safety incidents, zero quality losses, cost savings, efficiency improvement, 100% customer service level, and strong employee engagement.
The role assists the team in executing projects end‑to‑end, from concept to commissioning, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in scope, while leveraging the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) to drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
