Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and engineering industry, is seeking an Engineering Account Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Account Manager, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting strategic customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong technical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage assigned strategic customer accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, including design review, manufacturing feasibility, tooling coordination, validation, launch, and ongoing support.
+ Serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison between customers and global manufacturing operations, ensuring clear communication of customer needs and internal feedback.
+ Coordinate design reviews, evaluate product designs for manufacturability, and communicate technical recommendations to customers and internal teams.
