Brief Description
We are seeking a proactive and results‐driven Manufacturing Engineer to support and enhance production operations, with a strong focus on the design, improvement, and optimization of manufacturing fixtures.
The role will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and safety through innovative tooling solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and improve manufacturing process, fixtures, jigs, and tooling to enhance productivity and repeatability.
Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for fixture optimization and cost reduction.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing processes, tooling, and work instructions.
