4. Maintain and continuously update **PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality standards** with a prevention-focused approach.
5. Ensure robust **change management (ECN/ECR)** with proper quality validation and risk assessment.
6. Drive **structured problem solving (8D)** with strong focus on root cause identification and effectiveness validation.
7. Ensure **zero-defect mindset** through preventive quality tools and systematic process control.
8. Establish and manage a **structured Lessons Learned (LL) system** across the plant.
