Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning and maintenance of transmission network.

Involved in the technical design of transmission network.

Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.

Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer according to SLA.

Good documents skill.

Main Requirements:

Diploma in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study

Relative technical support skills in SDH/PTN/DWDM/ROUTER will be preferred.
