This role oversees the development and review of EMA’s regulatory framework, including legislation, performance standards, and technical codes for electricity licensees. It also involves investigating power system incidents, ensuring compliance, and identifying trends to implement corrective measures and system improvements.

• Develop and review EMA’s legislations, regulations, performance standards and technical codes of practices governing Electricity Licensees.
• Investigate and assess incidents related to power failures, voltage dips, cable damage and meter tampering to determine potential breaches of legislation, regulation, performance standard and code of practice.
