Preparing RFP Documents in line with Process Data Sheet for Pumps, Heat Exchangers and Tanks & Scrubbers Identifying New Vendors for Equipment Purchase Preparing Comparative Statement of Quotes (CSQ) and highlighting deviations in Technical Specifications Preparing FAQ for Vendor Queries Recommending Award Files including other Commercial and Technical Loading Calculations Interacting with Vendors for PO/MOU Negotiations (Excluding Commercials) and Validating all Documents received Work with Vendors for expediting the Input Receiving Process required to complete Engineering / Fabrication Should have familiarity with Codes, Standards and Practices followed internationally - such as ASME, ASTM, API, BS & IS Project Management,...
