Lead in the resolution of customer complaints and quality issues, provide voice of customers to operations, and translate customer’s feedback into innovative solutions.
Participate in the resolution of product or manufacturing quality problems.
Manage customer and product regulatory compliance audit/visit.
Participate in New Product Introduction and Qualification activities and establish the system, procedures, and specification to ensure product quality meets the specified requirements.
Participate in internal audits to ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system.
Initiate and drive for quality improvement projects.
Reporting to the quality manager and performing all other duties and tasks as assigned.
