**Description**



* Develop and implement project quality plans and inspection standards; ensure standards are communicated and applied


* Organize trial runs, including planning, result analysis, and review meetings


* Prepare Special Characteristics (SC) / Critical Characteristics (CC) lists


* Manage PPAP submission, including full package and PSW delivery to customers


* Ensure sample quality, including drawings, test reports, ISIR, and CPK analysis


* Support sample order delivery with complete and accurate quality documentation


* Lead Safe Launch activities, including planning, kickoff, and exit management


* Drive overall project quality assurance across development and launch phases
**Qualifications**



* Bachelor's degree, Engineering or comparable education
