Roles & Regulation

QA/QC Mechanical

1. Follow PTW (Permit to Work) system.
2. Use approved drawings and procedures only.
3. Verify MTC and material traceability.
4. Check equipment foundation level and elevation.
5. Ensure proper alignment during installation.
6. Bolt torque tightening must follow specification.
7. Internal cleanliness inspection mandatory.
8. Calibration certificates required for instruments.
9. Hydrotest and pneumatic test shall follow approved procedure.
10. Inspection reports and punch points must be properly maintained.

QA/QC Piping

1. Follow ASME B31.3 piping standard.
2. Use approved WPS and PQR before welding.
