As a key talent within the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product & System Engineering Media Health team, you will work with a high‑performing team driving both intrinsic and extrinsic reliability test development and execution for Micron’s latest HBM products on DRAM, interface die, and stacked configurations. Your responsibilities include driving extrinsic DPM reduction (Time 0 and field DPM), leading the intrinsic reliability charter, and optimizing manufacturing test flow to meet critical KPIs for quality, cost and cycle time. You will characterize the products from a reliability perspective, identify reliability gaps, and work on root‑cause resolution of qualification and RMA failures.
