Responsibilities and Tasks:
-Demonstrates thorough understanding of yield data analysis, Wafer Fabrication (Fab) processes and their common effects/signatures on yield/device.
-Use knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing process to explain and resolve yield issues using various statistical/data analysis tools.
