As a Fab Process & Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with a team of engineers on process start‑up, development and optimization, product yield, quality and reliability improvements, cost reduction, cycle‑time and productivity enhancements, risk management, and troubleshooting sophisticated manufacturing line issues. The role includes engineering operations such as wafer dispositions and process release qualifications. You will identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex process–related problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC methodologies. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating and executing process, equipment, and material evaluations and optimizations, implementing improvements at process steps and loops, participating in new process qualifications, handling internal and customer audits, and liaising with material suppliers to achieve best‑in‑class yield, quality, cost and risk management objectives.
