As a Tactical Capacity Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing, managing, and communicating short‑term manufacturing capacity to ensure alignment with business plans. This role owns the capacity heatmap to provide clear line‑level visibility, identifies performance‑to‑plan gaps, and drives actionable capacity improvement and maxout strategies.

You will work cross‑functionally to align capacity business rules, lead capacity maxout and optimization initiatives, and establish robust capacity reports and indices.
