**Job Description:**
Responsible for planning, coordinating, analysis, and providing engineering support for development of the transmission system and delivery facilities in coordination with Tri-States electric cooperatives (Member Systems). Provide power system planning, analysis, and engineering support to other departments and joint planning efforts with other utilities. Reviews and provides planning study reports and analysis for new and modified delivery point requests including distributed energy resources by the Member Systems. Presents requested Member System projects for approval by the Tri-State Board. Prepare written reports and presentations on results of transmission system studies and other engineering studies. Perform Bulk Electric and generator interconnection studies as necessary. Provide technical assistance and analysis for Member System operating concerns.
