Job Description

Puget Sound Energy's (PSE) Electric Distribution Reliability Planning team is seeking an Engineer III for distribution planning! Our team identifies solutions that improve system reliability for customers across 1,100+ distribution circuits from nearly 300 substations throughout PSE's service territory. We also identify wildfire risk mitigation projects to enhance system resiliency and protect our communities. You'll support new initiatives and grid modernization technologies while making a significant impact on distribution system safety and performance.

You'll provide engineering support and guidance to junior staff, understand corporate strategy, and present to diverse audiences. The position involves knowledge sharing, workforce development, and ensuring compliance with PSE design standards and safety requirements.
