What you’ll do - Manage and resolve L1/L2 security incidents and requests
- Monitor and operate systems such as:
- Access Control
- CCTV / Video Surveillance
- Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution documentation
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational processes
- Escalate complex issues with clear and structured information
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge base creation
