Job Summary

The Engineer – Electrical, Data Centers will support AECOM’s local and global engineering teams in South Africa. The role focuses on detailed electrical engineering of LV and MV systems for data centre projects. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, requiring at least 3 days per week in office.

Key Responsibilities Perform specific portions of broader engineering assignments. Gather and analyze engineering data using established procedures. Conduct calculations and routine tests for electrical systems. Propose solutions for new problems. Identify discrepancies in results. Guide entry‑level engineers. Work within budget and schedule with moderate supervision. Utilize BIM software; experience with Revit is advantageous.
